I doubt anyone will check this, but just in case, here goes...

Since the last update, my beloved Cardinals won the World Series!! Suck it, naysayers!!! My kids are growing up waaaaay too fast and I am babysitting my friends two children Monday through Friday. It is really enjoyable. Also Kathy and I went on a cruise with said friends and obviously had a blast. Since I love technology, check out the video below. Christmas was great. The kids make it soooo much more fun. I love seeing it through their eyes. Truely awesome!! Anyway, here's the first in what is hopefully a series...

WORLD SERIES, BABY!!!!!!

For the second time in 3 years, the Cardinals are in the World Series!!! This one is especially great becuase they limped into, if not backed into, the playoffs due to many injuries. However, Carpenter, Weaver and Suppan have pitched well, as well as the bullpen. The smaller bats of the latter part of the lineup have delivered big time. All we need is for Pujols, Edmonds, Encarnacion and Rolen to get hot and Detroit may have a problem on their hands!! GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Small Homecoming

This weekend at work, I got to see two of our employees who are off at college. David came in on Saturday and Jamie came in on Sunday. They both are doing well and having fun at school.

We have a decent amount of kids away at school. I wish them all the best and have no doubt that they will all go on to good things.

I LOVE this time of year. "Why," you may ask. It is because the temperature drops, the windows are open, the trees are changing and most importantly, baseball pennant races, the start of football season and hockey training camps are all in full swing!!!
